Never thought I'd see the day. I thought Cinderella and Warrant (and all those other hair metal bands) would always be out there to poke fun at. Seems like the end is near.
Luckily, UB40 is still going strong. Can't imagine why, though. Have they written any songs other than the Red Red Wine song?
At what point are they no longer "New Kids"? I mean, they're like... 30-40 years old or something.

Not sure if I should admit this, but Jeff and I saw just about every bad 80s hair band in concert at the Knob. The best/worst was Ratt, when Stephen Pearcy just busted out saying, "Ratt's back, motherfuckers!!" and everyone around us was cheering and I was just laughing.
UB40 had a HORRIBLE remake of the song "I can't help falling in love with you". I had completely forgotten about that song and how much I hate it until now. Now, I have that assassine piece of shit song going through my head, along with Taco's "Puttin' on the Ritz".

PS: I thought you were fucking with us re: NKOTB. They have a new album, too. After this tour, they'll probably do a double live album. I will, however, admit to having a crush on "Donnie" in the 11th grade, mainly cuz he was the "bad" one (and by "bad", I mean "least gay")
And actually, "Red Red Wine" is a Neil Diamond song, so technically they didn't write that either.

And I am still singing that song. I woke up in the middle of the night to pee and it was in my head. Arghhhhhh!!!!!!
